DEPOSIT
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.
The deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. If your tattoo requires multiple sessions, the deposit will be applied to the final session.

RE-SCHEDULES
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please email me as soon as possible.
Each deposit includes one free reschedule with at least 72 hours notice from your scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling with less than 3 days notice, or a second reschedule, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book.
Deposit will be forfeited & appointment need to be rescheduled or canceled for:
Canceling appointment
Arriving 15+ minutes late
Rescheduling less than 72 hours from your appointment date & time
2nd reschedule request
Last minute change from Full to Half Day
Arriving intoxicated, sick, sunburned, etc
Arriving without valid ID (or under 18)
Major design changes not discussed during consultation/changing idea
