DEPOSIT
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. Deposit is not transferable to another tattoo or person.
The deposit is applied to the final cost of your tattoo. If tattoo requires multiple sessions, deposit will be applied to the final session.
RE-SCHEDULES
Life happens! If you need to re-schedule, please email me as soon as possible.
Each deposit includes one free re-schedule with at least 72 hours notice from your scheduled appointment time.
Re-scheduling with less than 3 days notice, or a second re-schedule, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to re-schedule.
Deposit will be forfeited & appointment will be rescheduled or canceled for:
Canceling appointment
Arriving 15+ minutes late
Rescheduling less than 72 hours from your appointment date & time
2nd reschedule request
Arriving intoxicated, sick, sunburned, etc
Arriving without valid ID (or under 18)
Last minute change from Full to Half Day
Changing tattoo idea/major design changes not discussed during consultation
