By purchasing anything from this site, you agree to the following Store Policies…
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Once you confirm an order, the sale is final.
I am unable to make changes, cancellations, offer refunds or offer exchanges.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping is currently FREE on all products in the store!
Shipping time will usually be around 7-14 business days, depending on your location & the product.
*[Covid-19] Fulfillment times may be longer than usual
INCORRECT / DAMAGED ITEMS
Some items are shipped to you directly from the distribution center so I am not able to personally check every item that is sent out… but I still want you to receive quality merch! If you have any problems with anything you purchase from me or anything doesn’t come in as it should, PLEASE DON’T FEEL WEIRD & LET ME KNOW!
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, send the order number, photos of incorrect or damaged items & any other details you have, within 5 days of receiving your order: [email protected]
LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
If you received a tracking number but did not receive your package, you can start by checking your shipping confirmation email & confirming you gave the correct delivery address. If the address you gave is correct & you are still having issues with the tracking info, please email me with the tracking number & I will do my best to help you.
Please note that if the tracking number shows it was delivered to you & you are claiming you didn’t get it, that is super unfortunate - but I am not responsible & there is nothing further I can offer. You will need to pursue your lost/stolen package with USPS directly.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If an item is returned back to me because the delivery address you gave is incorrect, the order can be re-shipped once the return package is received. Buyer will be responsible for paying new shipping costs to re-send to the correct address.
Please double check your address during the checkout process as we do not assume responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses/return to sender issues. It is buyers responsibility to make sure we have the correct information, issues with delivery address are completely out of our control.
